Q: Pump is not working at all

A: 1. Please help double check whether the plug is connected well, if not, the pump won’t turn on, and then press the power button. 2. Please help check whether the air valce cap has been switched to left to open, otherwise, the pump is unable to vacuum the air out of the bags. 3. Please make sure the bags are sealed well, you can firmly slide the clip along with the zipper at least 3 times and press the zipper back and forth with your fingers to ensure an airtight seal

A: 1. Firstly please check whether your bags or sealed well, if not, the air will leak, and then check whether the bags have a hole or other torn parts. 2. For some heavy clothes, the speed of the vacuum would be slow, please use your hands to press your storage bags when deflating,that would be faster to take all the air out of
