3. It takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour to fill with the water mat with pure or distilled water (the water completely circulates to all the intensive water lines on the water mat, and when the amount of water inside the tank have no obvious changes significantly, which means full). The first time you use it, please add ice cubes or ice water to stimulate the refrigerant to activate the machine quickly

4. Water only needs to be added until it is flush with the water level column, the water pressure in the mat after shutdown the machine will be higher than the tank and will make the water level rise to leak. So we will not reconmend to add too much water, add water only up to 3/4 of tank
